Shipping Policy

You should read the shipment and return policy on our website prior to making your purchase. By confirming your order, you implied that you agreed on the terms and conditions.​

Little Beanstalk ships all products within Hong Kong by local courier. Please ensure that the phone number and contact person and address that you have provided to us are correct. The courier company will contact you prior to delivery so please ensure that someone is presented during delivery hours. If the courier company cannot reach you during the agreed delivery time or the delivery is refused, then the goods will be returned to our office. In this case, regretfully Little Beanstalk may charge for redelivery or redirection of failed orders. This charge will be at cost only.

​Your order will be sent out from Monday to Friday (except public holiday).

Free local shipping with Express for purchases over HK$600 (excluding remote areas)

No exchanges or refunds are permitted for sale goods and promotional items.

International Deliveries:

You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from Littlebeanstalk.com.hk, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Return & Exchange Policy

We hope you are happy with your purchase but in the event you would like to exchange for another item, please notify us by email at info@littlebeanstalk.com.hk or contact us on Tel: (852) 31717708. Exchanges are only accepted within 7 days from the date of receiving, accompanied by a proper store receipt, and the merchandise in unused and sellable condition with complete packaging.

We will not accept the products return due to personal reasons like product design or colour choices dissatisfaction. It is highly recommended that the customers double check the order or enquire us before order confirmation.

Unless the item is faulty, no Cash / Credit card refund will be given.

​Once an order begins the fulfilment process we are unable to cancel it. We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause.​

We reserves the right to cancel orders or refuse service to anyone at any time. We reserve the right to cancel orders for items that have been advertised at a wrong price and discounted rate, have incurred an unusually long back order time or have been discontinued. We also reserve the right to cancel any order which was posted to the site with errors of color, style or price. If we cancel your order after we have charged your credit card, we will refund your card the amount charged.

We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged items that are being returned.

Discount products no returns, refunds, or exchanges are permitted.
