SHIPPING POLICY
You should read the shipment and return policy on our website prior to making your purchase. By confirming your order, you implied that you agreed on the terms and conditions.
Little Beanstalk ships all products within Hong Kong by local courier. Please ensure that the phone number and contact person and address that you have provided to us are correct. The courier company will contact you prior to delivery so please ensure that someone is presented during delivery hours. If the courier company cannot reach you during the agreed delivery time or the delivery is refused, then the goods will be returned to our office. In this case, regretfully Little Beanstalk may charge for redelivery or redirection of failed orders. This charge will be at cost only.
Your order will be sent out from Monday to Friday (except public holiday).

International Deliveries:
You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from Littlebeanstalk.com.hk, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
